Quarantine, week 22.... No change this past week. At least I didn't gain. Still unable to exercise, due to knee issues.
94,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 22,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
