I sucked and blew it totally this week. I don't know if it's the cold weather or what but have been really blue and not able to stick with it. :(
89,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 30,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
