I stepped on the scale today and saw i am the heaviest I have ever been. My mom passed away last year and I started a new PhD program and I think because of that I lost a lot of control and packed on the weight. I have decided to make a series of changes,
1- not eating out more than once a week (previously I was eating out every day multiple times a day)
2- log all of your calories
3- try to stay below your RDI.
I ordered a subscription meal service (dinnerly) so I didn't have to come up with meals on my own, and luckily they all come listed with calories etc.
I really hope I can get it together this time, I'm only 33 and I dont want to die early because of overeating
