Thank goodness, no gain. Still covered up with work right now leading in to the holiday. I won't have much time for meal planning or recording this week. Hope all my buddies do better than I will!

Awe man, what do you mean "buddies do better then I will? Where is the coco who keeps her chin up...laughs in the face of danger? I surely hope you can make some good choices even though it is unplanned eating...my best wishes and prayers are with you this crazy Thanksgiving week. TOWANDA!!!!
