OH MY GOODNESS. 229.8!!! i skipped 230! :D in 4lbs I'm halfway to my first goal weight!!! I've already lost 20lbs. No one noticed yet, but they gotta start soon, right?
104,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 9,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 31,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Definitely! I think that sometimes people don't want to make you feel bad by asking if you've lost weight since there is a chance that you are just wearing a slimming outfit. Keep up the good work! Way to go! Also keep in mind that they don't have a before picture, just the after ;)

20 pounds down!! That is great! People should start to notice. I had lost about 20 pounds when people began to notice.
