Happy that I have started losing a little weight. I have also been doing better with keeping track of my calories and not eating fast food / ordering from restaurants. My first major goal is to lose 20lbs by the end of October (which I feel like is reasonable). It'll also be nice when the gyms open because i can walk on the treadmill (it is too hot to walk outside here)
210,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 112,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I'm with you andit'shard! First thing I did was cut out fried foods. I let myself eat something fried once a week so I don't feel deprived because if I do then I crave it.

when it's too hot out, I turn on my YouTube channel and search my moderate exercise videos. it burns alot of calories too. the trick is to always be moving. 😉
