Oh, crap! Heaviest the scale has said in a looooong time!
Been VERY sloppy with my eats and workouts. That changes TODAY!

Had chinese food a few days ago (dumb gluten) and 2 glasses of wine and a beer yesterday (dumb gluten!). Hoping I'm bloated from that! Yikes!

54,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
