Looks like a variation in exercise routine is needed. How do you feel during the day? The calorie intake seems low.

I feel great over all. Just annoyed at the plateau. ... Might be worth noting that in the past I had very bad GERD. I worked with a nutritionist and tried various things until I found what I call my "sweet spot" as far as diet. If I eat much less I do feel fatigued. If I eat much more at all the GERD comes on strong. I hope that as I lose weight/get closer to my "normal" weight the GERD will recur less, assuming that fat inside me might be crowding my stomach and other organs. (I am short and small boned and weighed less than 100 pounds all my adult life up until I had a 'health event' that stopped me cold.) ... Sorry about the long answer. But I do feel very good. I lose weight slowly due to hypothyroid. I wonder if it plays a roll in plateaus as well.
