Not doing so well. Even though I eat healthy, I think I just eat too much. Being inside all the time is a real challenge. So think I will start tracking again. Wt Watchers always recommends that, as does the book I am reading: 30 Days: change your habits, change your life by Mark Reklau. Hope it helps!
