Shaved 5 minutes off my walking circuit, so have to walk a little farther . Also added another round after my first meal. Walk at first wake for 45 minutes. Breakfast is at 1400, then another walk. Lunch/Dinner at 1800.

Started biceps and triceps with resistance bands, and doing pushups again.
141,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 37,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
