3 days of eating like crap (a lot of pumpkin flavor stuff😂)and not going to the gym. I really thought it would be worst. But I think I needed the rest days. My body not sore at all today. But I didnāt need all the pumpkin flavor goodies. Lol. Going in to the gym today for a upper body workout and having a nice walk this evening.
