Trying to get back on track, been cutting out the fast food and eating out when I can (unless I don't have access to the food I brought to work because I'm out in meetings all day). When I have the energy, even when I don't feel like it, I'm trying to make myself exercise. When I do I feel better and a lot of working out done.
