Just started back in with the hour Pilates class at the gym... wow my arms and abs are feeling it! I was able to do most the exercises too unlike last time I did the class and injured myself trying! I'm finally going back down in weight from TOM. Woot woot!

Havent' said hi in a while. SEe you have changed your bio pic. Nice slim face! I loved the other pic, you looked so decadent (hope that's the right word). Glad your weight is cooperating. Good job on the exercise. I hate exercising but have managed to complete 2 weeks of curves! Go us!
