9st 5 (half on @ww) I've only had two days this week back on it so I wasn't really expecting a result yet so this was a pleasant surprise today and has encouraged me today when I've been hungry and headachey. I've had a day of running around the county for emergency dentistry for my daughter so at least that's provided some distraction! I'm hoping I can keep up the good work to reverse the upward trend @ww on Wed :-)
