Me Too! Just one aspect that helps me pay attention to my way of life. I added in exercise...anytype...usually yoga. One day at a time, my life is enhanced beyond my wildest expectations. Rather than panicking. Or feeling obligated to weigh myself and exercise each day ---now I find the simple measure of weighing and exercising are the relief anchors of my daily routine. Then...touching base, here. with all of you and the posts...well let's just say I feel covered!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
