I went out this week and got a little carried away...I always think it's worth it, but then it takes me three days to feel normal again. My five month old, surprisingly, does not sympathise (spelling?) with my desire to sleep past 5:30 AM on some mornings. Hah. All well...
But other than that I feel I've done well this week! I almost made it an entire week without weighing myself! :)
