Well I finally had a real cheat we went out to the Black Bear Diner and had dinner... I had a wonderful chorizo avacado omlette but ate the huge biscuit with honey too LOL oh well I was due for something but now am paying for it I shot up 2.5 lbs the next day and didn't drop back down today so back on track for me...
