Weighed in at the doctor this morning fully clothed AND I MET MY GOAL WEIGHT!!! It has been such a struggle to lose that final .5 kg but Ive really been trying to be mindful in how/what Im eating and how much. I thought id just be fine with being alllllmost at my goal weight but it feels pretty good to finally hit it :)
