Not sure if I should change my target, been enjoying mixing weightlifting and running 2-3 times a week also!!! I’m slowly gaining but putting that down to muscle gain 🤷‍♂️

Hi merrymel, apologies as I haven’t looked at my homepage for a bit....... thank you, appreciate your comment. I have been mixing a lot of weightlifting & cardio, weightlifting 2-3 times a week with running 2-3 times a week also. I have been taking on a bit of carbs which is helping me do both but not to great with the loss of weight. If I lower my carbs I can lose more weight but feel happy as I am for the winter nearing. Advice I would give anyone is everything in moderation and plenty cardio if able.Hope your well.
