Okay, I dropped 3 pounds and I am sure some of it is water weight but in my defense I also set personal records on my squat and romanian deadlift, not to mention slightly improving on all my auxiliary lifts as well.
And for you Sean, I will also admit that I did a little experimentation and took 400mg of DNP on Friday around 3pm. This could easily account for the weight-loss since that amount of DNP basically increased my metabolism by 40% and has a half-life of 36 hours. So from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning I was running with an average 30% boost in metabolism (peak of 40% declining to 20% over 36 hours), and from Sunday to now with about a 15% (20% to 10%) boost average.
Note: I felt great over the weekend. Had an average temperature of 99 degrees and would feel a little hotter after meals, but nothing bad. The one-time dose also didn't lead to water retention so every morning over the weekend and today I woke up looking very lean.
