been really lazy for the last 2 days. had a marital talk this evening that really weighed heavy on my heart and i definitely ate foods that i had not intended on eating. i had no idea i was consuming about 2300+ calories a day for my 5' self! wow. when i start the challenge Monday, this weekend will definitely help me make less mistakes.
