Hi Nutri, not feeling any better In any case, I am feeling worse because now I have the burden of having to find a job as I was given one month notice to terminate me 😢
I am losing weight due not having enough food, I am not doing this in purpose as I love my food and my sweets but I just lost my appetite... thinking to find a job in the circumstances the world is at now is just overwhelming...

That is a lot to deal with. You’ll need a full stomach! Food is nurturing - that probably doesn’t feel like something you want to do right now, which makes it even more important.
