By the way, I'm going to eat at my usual Chinese buffet, so today's dinner isn't really tracked. All other meals I ate fine, and my plan for dinner is to eat as much fatty fish and vegetables as possible to fill my protein and fat quotas. If I over eat my macros, no big deal ;)
I will, however, be avoided rice and all the other starches.
