Yay, the loss is starting to show! I'm so happy! I did my exercise yesterday truly through power of prayer, because I was so down and depressed. When I felt like emotionally snacking in the evening, (because sh*t is still happening in my life daily) I only ate a small bowl of Doritos, and logged it in my calories for the day. With God, anything is possible!
