Am down to my last 6 pounds to make table weight. But still have 11 more pounds to get ot my 200 pound mark. Started in on Month 2 of INSANITY. Thinking pounds are going to hopefully come off even easier now with these workouts. noticed that i did have to up my calorie intake a bit and take an energy bar about 30-45 min before workout. First day I was spent had zero energy left and still had about 20 minutes left on the workout. Today finished the workout totally and this is day 3.
95,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

How are you liking month two of insanity? I've never tried those workouts but I hear they're harder? Also, are you following the diet plan?

Oh month two is pretty good now that body can handle the extra work and time that is added onto the next second month of the workout. Am seriously contemplating doing the Asylum workout. Have been given a challenge by Spring to enter a Spartan Race so am signing up for the Spartan Super run in Texas in May. Goal for this first time out is not to place in the top 3 but just to finish :)Have been following the diet plan pretty much to the T. Had my splurge day at Buffalo wild Wings and found out that I really wasn't missing anything like I thought LOL. Have tried to diet before and always found myself breaking it within the first week or so. Hardest part for me was forcing myself to eat was used to barely putting anything in and exercising like 3 times a day but wasn't seeing anything happen. So going from eating barely eating twice a day to eating 5 times a day was a challenge. Not everyday you have someone tell you you need to eat more.

Lol. I know it seems illogical to eat more when you're trying to lose weight, but it's actually been found to be true. The reason people who diet (meaning they don't eat enough) always plateau is that eventually they starve themselves to the point where their body eats its own muscle. And then, when they inevitably have to eat something, they have less muscle mass to burn those incoming calories and eventually they gain back weight. I'm glad to hear that you aren't missing Buffalo Wild Wings (though you can splurge on occasion to keep from boredom, I think we can both admit that you should eat a high calorie diet of the GOOD stuff, and BWW isn't good!)! I had a splurge day yesterday where I just woke up and was starving, but today I feel more in control. Keep going though!
