Hmph... maybe fasting does, as has been suggested, send mixed messages to my body. I had broccoli yesterday, a big bowlful, and here I am today heavier :-( Yoga! I'm starting DDP yoga again, done it intermittently before and it does help with lots of things. I got a proper course this time. I have more steamed broccoli to get through today and that'll be enough veg for a good while I think.
