Starting month 2 at 308.1 pounds. I see the doctor on Tuesday and will find out what the office scale has to report. I hope it is close to my WW scale!

The doctors scale may be higher or lower. It depends on how often they calibrate their scale. It also depends on flooring. So whatever it says, if it's not your "official" scale, don't worry too much.

I will not let it worry me too much I just know that this process is working, I love Fatsecret and the courageous people I have met here. I hope that I do not offend anyone by looking at your diet calendars, it has helped me to see the kinds of meals I should be eating and the education is appreciated. I wish everyone a successful September.
