Yay! Pretty much back to where I was before Thanksgiving lol I just have to keep telling myself.... Don't expect big changes overnight! It took years to get myself in this condition and it's going to take a year, maybe even 2 to reverse it!
111,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 38,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Thanks for saying that! I’ve just started exercising and watching my calorie intake a month ago. I was disappointed in a 2 lb weight loss all month but it is true... it’s been years of eating terribly and not exercising regularly. So it’s going to take time to lose the weight. And that’s ok :)
