keep sabotaging my progress. went to visit mom who is not well and my sister...we did not make wise food choices...it was yummy tho. Went to a business trade show ate the low calorie foods and THE others...yum. Now I'm back to my own cooking and just do not keep temptation foods at home or work. And I pretty good at convincing myself they cost too much at the store. I'm going to try a wean myself off of diet pepsi.. my go to for something sweet. Why do I feel I'll bore myself to death w/o that crutch. Yeah I know drink the water....I will try to substitute!
Now I'm back to losing those other 3-4 lbs...AGAIN!
