It is Friday again ... and payday which is always welcome!! The weight loss has defintely slowed this week. I'm maintaining a healthy attitude ... "health and harmony throughout my mind and body" ... and know at some point the scale will dip a little lower again. I can wear almost all my size 16 pants again. Moving around throughout the day is smoother. I can definitely see the difference and feel the difference in my body. I'm only 12.4 lbs. from my half-way point and am excited to arrive.
