I didn't practice any restraint when dining out yesterday. I will be doing a 3-day Shakeology cleanse starting Saturday. I've been catching myself justifying cheats because of that upcoming cleanse. Not a good habit! However, I do recognize it and have changed many bad decisions because of the awareness. Back on track today!!
