I have reached to 84.3! 😊 Honestly i just sticked to my sport plan and not my diet! I know its not good although the reasult is 🆗! For the next week with the help of my diet & exercise plan i am about to pass my all time strong support line in 83 kg. If i could do that it would be a great achievement!
