I'm back....it was hard to step on the scale this morning and face the music. Of course I was full of self loathing for doing this to myself and could check off a bunch of reasons (excuses) for letting my weight get out of control. But now is not the time to look back, I'm looking forward! I'm excited about 2011 and won't let this bring me down. I'm not doing any radical diet - this is going to be a gradual process. Let it begin! I love the support I've gotten from this site in the past and look forward to reconnecting with everyone.
