Well I haven't weighed myself since end of September. I have gained back roughly 7.5 lbs. I consider that a when as my averaged daily carbs was 275 and calories averaged 2,750 each day. I took a break from dieting and eat pretty much all bad stuff in the snack family and had all average meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really over did the snack Family part, cakes, cookies, ice cream etc... You know I was expecting to see a new weight in the 280 range to be honest.

Well fun and games of overindulgence is coming to an end I set Sunday (in my mind) as my reset date for restarting the diet and hopefully hitting the target weight by June.
