Had work meetings and ate out for both breakfast and lunch yesterday. Was very pleased with myself for making good choices at both and keeping the calories at a very reasonable level. Then I got home and went crazy. Oh well.
90,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 19,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

LOL!!! I have that same problem!! I SWEAR they put something in the restaurant food that makes you MORE hungry!!!! That's why if at all possible I pack and take my food with me for any event/meeting.

I thought about doing that, but then I thought, well, I should probably learn how to eat out and not go overboard. The food was tasty and not overboard with calories, but probably not filling enough either. Maybe I'll bring some additional snacks next time and only eat out once.
