I cut out almost all fats, sugars and carbs last week but I didn’t expect weight loss since I hadn’t been truly dedicated to that (night time munchies man 🙄). I read a book about rapid fat loss where you eat enough just to maintain your muscle and keep the calories way down. But I don’t expect to lose 6lbs! I haven’t seen the scale go down in 2 yrs! It has only gone up!!
