If I stay between 130 and 140 I will not be overly critical of myself. This is still a healthy BMI which was always the real goal. Maintenance is the game now. Healthy food in, look healthy on the outsides. If it’s not a whole food, I’ll think twice before putting it in my pie hole❤️ Is this food going to hurt me? Don’t eat it, I love myself more than that
