February proved a tough hurdle for me. I put a few pounds back on, but I'm recommitted. I started a rowing class at my gym--and I LOVE it. I am working muscles i never knew existed--my muscle tone in my legs is better and even my posture. Who knew? i'm hoping to add a "Cardio Core" class this week. My core needs some SERIOUS work! Flab city.
