Not bad, it's that time of month so I'm a bit bleah, but I think I did pretty well sticking to the diet. Plus, I've been drinking more water and that helps. Managed to squeeze in 5 days of fitness too.
This week will probably be more challeging with the trip to Detroit, but I'll be sure to bring light snacks for the road.
