Seems pretty cloudy out today after a beautiful day of bright sunshine yesterday. Plans for the day include laundry, booking a May vacation to the Oregon Coast, and my hour on my elliptical machine! The scale was 208.2 this morning ... so very close reaching my half-way goal. It could happen soon. If I had more to take off I would have, amputating a limb seemed a little drastic ... just to have the scale say 207 ... LOL!!!
I slept in this morning so I'm still looking forward to my coffee. I hope you all are doing fine out there, where ever you may be!! Be kind and good to yourself ... you deserve it!!

One hour on your elliptical, good for you, that is what will help you reach your goal. I slept in too, it was nice. Keep all your body parts :-) you can lose it just by eating right and exercising. :-)

Tomorrow I think I am going to try and dodge our rain by going to the YMCA and hitting an elliptical or at least a treadmill. I am not sure I am going for an hour but maybe a 1/2 of one.
