OK, I'm frustrated! I thought i would have lost at least 2 pounds by this week, b/c i lost inches and my clothes are loser.But as Trent Shelton (You Tube) said- you have to put in ugly work. So I'm gonna up my game and hopefully next Friday will give me a better number.
