I try to stay around 1450 cal intake a day but there are one or two days a week I get to 1800-2000. Mostly home cooked stuff (white rice, chicken, grilled fish, veggies, etc). Avoid bread and carbs as much as my will power allows it and bike around 30 min a day.

I think your doing great! My weakness is sweets and crackers. And I have to much stress right now too.
