well this weightloss journey has been a rollercoaster I went from being 320lbs down to 216 at my lowest then went all the way back up to 318 and now I have started weightloss again I weighed in this morning at 268 I've lost 50lbs in 2 and a half months gaining alot of muscle in the process after warm up today I was able to get 65lb dumbbells for 6 reps without a spot 3 weeks ago I could barely get the 30s lol but I see the progress and I'm going it this time without adipex
