PhatPhrog's Logboek, 04 feb 21

I haven't done a prolonged (36-hour) fast this week, so I'm happy with my current number.

I'm focusing on consistency and keeping hunger at bay for now, with relatively satiating, high-volume, low-calorie foods (protein and vegetables being the base, as usual, along with some fat and carbs, but a relatively low amount of the latter). I intend to keep fasting, but perhaps less often going forward, as I approach my target weight.
82,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.
