Considering I've had a few slices of Behemoth Cake and the Snacks I Will Not Speak Of on Saturday night, I'm pretty impressed I lost anything this past week. Small gains in progress are still gains, so I'll take the win.
Now that I have a more loosey goosey timeline on when we'll cap off our family, I feel like I can really devote my time to getting myself in better shape. Of course, I immediately guilt myself on the days I look at my app reminders and say, screw it I'll do these tomorrow. Constantly remind myself I didn't get here overnight and I won't change overnight either.
