Woah, not too sure what happened here! Still haven't been 100% on the rules, but I must have done pretty well.
Ran the 15 km as planned, IF between 16/8 and 18/6 pretty much all week, was good on portion sizing, but still had a few encounters with sweet stuff.
But a loss is a loss, I'll take it, and keep on trying to reach 100%.
