I feel wonderful today. My liver is not hurting for a change. I guess it's my liver that has been painful since I've been overeating. Anyway, I am trying to get back into the habit of walking every morning and feeling pretty committed. This is the coldest morning we've had this season -- probably in the 30s -- but it didn't feel too bad since the sun is out. I was hot and sweaty by the end of the walk. My goal is to lose about 10 pounds before Christmas. I think I can do it. Then I won't have to go out and buy new clothes.
