Good morning everyone, A breathed a little sigh of relief this morning when I saw I dropped .2 despite my having ate lasagna, cheesy potatoes, and 2 apple crust cheesecake cupcakes. I did fast for 20 hours before hand. I won't be around the scale for a couple days but still plan on tracking my intake on the FS app in hopes to at least stay with in my calorie intake. It should be a fun weekend even though I will have to still cram in homework. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
