Walnut Keeper's Logboek, 20 feb 21

I ate 2-300 calories more than usual yesterday and didn’t record it, so I walked an extra half hour on the treadmill last night to make up for it. My injured foot is upset, but the scale is happy. 🎉
139,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 21,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 69,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Way to tough it out. Hope that foot feels better and it gets some rest.

Thank you! I injured my foot about a year ago, so I expect another year of healing. I injured the left foot the same way, and it took two years to heal. (Achilles tendon.) It will heal, though. ☺️
