At last back to my wt. before the cruise. Really didnt take too long to get here,but glad to know it will still come off. I think my real downfall was the 4 bottles of German wine I helped make disappear, plus I blew my fat cell back up with sweets. I was also beginning to have signs of my Crohn's disease which is almost completely controlled with a low carb diet. So many good reasons to eat low carb...this is my life and I'm sticking to it...Happy, Happy, Happy.
